No mobile phone numbers, opt-in data, or consent records collected through our SMS program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Email Program Privacy

No email addresses or consent records collected through our email program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opt-In Data Protection

Text messaging originator opt-in data, email opt-in data, and all consent records will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text messaging and email services.

Exception Clause

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data, email opt-in data, and consent records; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging and email services.

When you opt in to receive communications from Drive to Grow, we collect:

SMS Communications:

  • Mobile phone number – Required to deliver SMS messages
  • SMS opt-in consent records – Documentation of your agreement to receive text messages
  • Message delivery data – Timestamp and status of each message sent
  • Your interactions with messages – Whether you respond to messages (if applicable)

Email Communications:

  • Email address – Required to deliver email messages
  • Email opt-in consent records – Documentation of your agreement to receive emails
  • Message delivery data – Whether emails are opened or clicked (if tracking is enabled)

We do NOT collect personal information beyond what is necessary to deliver communications and comply with legal obligations.

Limited Service Provider Access

We may engage third-party service providers solely to operate and maintain our SMS and email messaging platforms. These providers include our messaging service aggregators and platform operators (HighLevel and associated carriers).

Service providers process data only on our behalf, under written data processing agreements, and are prohibited from using SMS or email opt-in data for their own marketing purposes or any use beyond delivering your messages.

What We Do NOT Do

We do not monetize, rent, or sell customer data. We do not share mobile numbers, email addresses, or consent records with marketing partners, affiliates, or any entity for commercial purposes.

Legal Obligations

We may disclose your information only when required by law, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or valid government request.

5. Data Retention

SMS Program: SMS opt-in data and consent records are retained for the duration of your enrollment in our SMS program. Upon opt-out or program termination, SMS data is retained for 90 days to comply with legal and carrier requirements, then securely deleted.

Email Program: Email opt-in data and consent records are retained for the duration of your enrollment in our email program. Upon unsubscribe or program termination, email data is retained for 30 days to comply with legal requirements, then securely deleted.

6. Your Rights & Choices

SMS Communications

Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the short code used to send you messages. You will receive confirmation of your opt-out. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Your request is processed within 24 hours.

Rejoining: If you wish to rejoin our SMS program after opting out, you may text START or resubscribe through our website at drivetogrow.com.

Email Communications

Unsubscribing: You may unsubscribe from our email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also adjust your communication preferences by contacting us at Support@drivetogrow.com.

7. Data Security

Drive to Grow takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect your mobile number, email address, opt-in data, and consent records against unauthorised access, use, alteration, or destruction. We implement industry-standard security practices including encryption and restricted access controls.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website and messages may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy applies only to Drive to Grow’s communications program. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites or services.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our communications program is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has enrolled in our program, we will remove that person’s information and terminate their enrollment.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our communications program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
