Nate Wallenfang
Nate Wallenfang was born and raised in Green Bay, WI, continuing to reside there with his wife Tabitha, two sons Blake and Harper, plus Bordoodle puppy Harvey. A fan of sports and the outdoors, Nate has diverse experience in healthcare, management, and academia.
Nate currently works as a Nurse Practitioner in the settings of Psychiatry and Urgent Care. Holding double board certification in Family Practice and Psychiatry, Nate has had vast experience in medicine including Intensive Care, Hospital Medicine, Virtual Urgent Care, Psychiatry, and Hormone Replacement/Naturopathic Medicine. In healthcare, he has served in leadership and management capacities, as well as on numerous committees and projects surrounding Electronic Medical Record program development and business efficiency. Nate has also completed several stints in academia, teaching and developing course work for both the undergraduate and graduate university levels of Nursing for multiple universities.
His academic history includes holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bellin College, a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis for Family Nurse Practitioner from Concordia University Wisconsin, a Master of Business Administration with emphasis on Non-Profit Leadership from New England College, a Post-Master’s Certificate for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Doctor of Nursing Practice with emphasis in Executive Leadership from Concordia University Wisconsin. His career has encompassed numerous professional certifications and presentations.
Aside from healthcare, Nate has been a motivated entrepreneur. Having experience in starting and operating a Non-profit youth travel sports organization with a physical facility and an operating budget of $500,000.00 per year, his focus was on operational and financial aspects of the business. Currently, he is focused on Real Estate Investing and additional business development opportunities with Tabitha. No challenge is too daunting, as he fully believes that building confidence and investment in personal development will allow for any goals to be possible. As a first-generation college student, he uniquely understands overcoming hurdles to the many barriers life can present, stating “I look forward to helping others solve problems that hold them back from creating success!”
