Mary Rose Siri

Mary Rose Siri grew up in the Northern Mariana Islands and now lives in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with her husband, Johnny. Together they raise five children, enjoy being grandparents, and are committed to building a strong foundation of family and legacy. A proud Military Service Member, Mary Rose has served in Aerospace Medicine, Health Services Management, and Financial Operations, ensuring mission readiness to managing medical records and readiness, to accountability of multi-million-dollar budgets, and serving on the Joint Diversity Advisory Council to promote awareness and inclusion. She has deployed, filled critical  roles, and continues to help military members maximize their service, strengthen camaraderie across branches, and support their families.

Her educational background includes an EMT certification through Air Force Technical Training, an Associate’s degree in Exercise Science from Bryan University, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential. Today, Mary Rose leads timeblocking sessions and The Working Hour to help others maximize productivity, while also supporting community leaders with social media marketing. Alongside her husband, she is actively pursuing real estate investing—creating generational wealth for their family and helping others do the same.

Having overcome personal adversity, Mary Rose is passionate about empowering individuals to rediscover strength, rebuild confidence, and find hope in the face of challenges. She believes in building communities where people grow together, guided by vision, discipline, and connection. Known for her humor and love of mom jokes, she finds gratitude in everyday life and uses laughter as a way to inspire others to make each day worth living. Through DRIVE To Grow, she channels her military discipline, personal resilience, and passion for community into empowering others to unlock their potential and pursue growth with courage and confidence.
